Mr. John provided HONEST, Top Tier customer service. He was very accommodating as well as informative. He never tried to push me into anything I did not want. I love my car and I don’t feel like I wasted money or time. I would high recommend both Mr. John and Mr.Chris. Thank you ????

Joe was excellent to work with. We made an agreement on an old Grand Wagoneer. Everything he promised he would get done was done and he went beyond what he promised to make sure things worked properly. I would definitely work with him again!

Just bought a car from them. Very good prices and friendly staff. A lot of nice cars from westchester, but like any used car you need to do your homework and carefully inspect the car before you buy. Inside the showroom was cool, vintage americana. My only complaint is that the car was not detailed well on the inside and they are located next to a highway so the outside was pretty dirty too.

Riverside Motor Cars is a small dealership, family owned and operated; they have a a large inventory and as a result they’re probably understaffed. If you are patient and are serious about buying a car here then you will be taken care of. Because they’re understaffed they won’t waste your time or try shady sales tactics to force business. Their inventory and sells itself. You can trust them. When I got a car here I was helped by Karl, he’s a good salesman and will point you in the right direction and answer questions if the owners don’t get back to you right away. Best dealership I’ve been to in CT hands down.

What a cool place. The showroom has so many neat things and they went over my car with such care... They made the paperwork super easy even though mybhand almost fell off from all the signatures. Worked with me on my pruce too. Definitely recommend this place

Just bought my FIRST car ever from here! ?? They were very accommodating & helped me find exactly what i was looking for... The check engine light came on after a week though but they were very helpful to fix the issue right away! Definitely a GREAT place to buy a car! ??

We unexpectedly needed a new truck a few weeks ago. We were referred to them by a family member & have had great service. Carl drove the truck to our house to pick us up got our paperwork done in timely manor. Some Things needed to be fixed & it’s going to the shop Monday. Cause we have been so patient Joe even put us into a loaner car until our truck is complete with all repairs. I find it very hard understand all of the bad reviews while my family has never experienced anything of such. Joe Carl & Hughy are very kind honest compassionate people. Joe & Carl are even finding us a 4dr specific car my wife asked for to commute back & fouth to work. If you are respectful & loyal they give that & then some in return. Thank y’all for being so great to us.

This was the best car buying experience i have ever had! Hands down. The entire process was stress free, simple, and quick. The owner, Joe was very accomodating. Karl and Bob were very helpful and straight forward. I was approved after an hour of calling and my vehicle was available for pick up the same day. My cars runs great! Me and my grandmother bought a car from here. Karl was out salesman and did a great job. They have taken care of both of us and have been super accommodating. She had a check engine light come on about a week after our purchase and even though there was no warranty they took it in and fixed it FREE OF CHARGE!!!!. It has been a GREAT experience working with Riverside. They helped me choose the perfect vehicle for me and I have had it serviced several times without any issue whatsoever. It is a warm friendly family environment. The same employees are still there from when I first bought my car and everyone has been nothing short of awesome. I recommend this dealer to my family and friends and would absolutely purchase my next vehicle from Riverside. UPDATE: My car which is still fabulous after nearly three years needed some repair work done and once again Joe, Kristian and the staff were amazing and honored every agreement. I would not hesitate to recommend this business and I would definitely use again.

Everyone I spoke with at this company was so helpful and pleasant. This was the first vehicle I have ever purchased on my own from a dealership and I was very nervous. Many of the other dealerships I had reached out to had poor customer service and I got the impression that I , as an inexperienced car buyer, would be taken advantage of. Paul and Christian were so incredibly helpful! Paul was especially kind and patient with my questions and lack of knowledge. Christian was able to get me a reduced monthly payment after taking the time to personally review my credit. Even after my purchase, Paul still made himself available to answer my questions and take a post purchase test drive with me (almost a month later!) to ensure that everything was in good, working condition. I have never felt so catered to and am sure I will visit these guys for my next purchase!

They Are Selective w/ their Inventory

Recently purchase a truck from them for my son. Searched for a long time for a quality truck and kept coming back to their site. They are selective about their inventory, buying only good product to sell. Don't expect starbuck's coffee and pastries. They are straight forward without all the fru fru. Great experience for my son getting his first vehicle. I'd go back again.

Riverside Motorcars is the place to go!

My husband and I were looking for an 4WD vehicle for a few months and just couldn't seem to find the right one at any of the small dealers we went to. Our final attempt was at Riverside Motors. My husband made a phone call and left a message but did not expect a return call since he had done that so many times at other dealers - why would this one be any different? Half an hour later, Bob called him back and asked him to stop in to take a look at their inventory. That in itself was a sign to us that this was the place where we would find our 4WD vehicle. Lo and behold, we both took the drive in and found a beautiful Silver Honda Pilot for a rediculously reasonable price. The process was very quick, the professionalism was A-1 and the staff were very pleasant to us. We would highly recommend Riverside Motorcars to any of our family or friends. You won't be disappointed!!

Ive purchased a total of 5 cars from these guys over the past decade. They have been caring, attentive and helpful. They got me financed when I was a struggling kid out of college and helped me with better cars as my finances improved. I've always gotten what Ive paid for or more and they have always been clear on a cars potential pitfalls before ive purchased. All in all a multitude of enjoyable experiences with these fellas.
